About Colleen
I’ve always had a passion for cooking and baking. Nothing brings me more joy than to be able to cook and feed my family, friends and customers! My love of preparing food and baked goods began at a very young age with my Italian grandparents. I also cooked at home with my mother and I fell in love with feeding everyone like family.
In 2014 I found myself unemployed and a good friend asked me to cook for her. She was very busy and wanted homemade, quality, flavorful meals that she could just reheat when she got home from a busy work day for her and husband. That was when I realized there were a lot of people just like her. This became the beginning of Homemade by Colleen.
I always wanted to have a business where I could do what I was passionate about and I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own business. Through word of mouth my customer base continues to grow!
I believe that by using fresh, quality ingredients while preparing my food with love is what makes my meals so special.
I take great pride in each and everything I prepare and I believe that is what makes it delicious!
My mission is to make homemade meals and baked goods that anyone can enjoy without any of the shopping and cooking. Just heat, eat and enjoy!
